    With the item update, product data from the source system SAP Business One can be updated in the target system Shopware. The condition for this is that the items are present in both the source and target systems. Data such as item number, EAN, item name, description, variants, images, and prices are updated in the target system. The exact scope of data may vary depending on the source and target systems.

    During the transfer, it is checked whether the item already exists in the target system Shopware by using the item number or EAN. If the item does not exist, it will be skipped; otherwise, it will be updated in Shopware.

    The item update can be performed either semi-automatically by the user or fully automatically. In the fully automatic update, updates can occur at freely configurable intervals.
